ACCEPTING ORDERS

All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by inky.co.uk

PRICES - Due to the volatile nature of the products, and fluctuations in the financial market, we cannot guarantee prices or product descriptions to be correct, but inky.co.uk will make every attempt to ensure accuracy, and reserves the right to revise prices, correct errors and refuse orders at our discretion.

Inks usually have a reasonable lead time, as long as they are stored correctly and not opened. It is recommended therefore that in the case of ink cartridges you buy enough, and to keep a set in hand, so you do not run out of ink unexpectedly

RIBBONS - Original ribbons for dot matrix, typewriter and wordprocessors are getting more difficult as time passes. While original ribbons will be despatched where paid for, if compatible ribbons are the only ones available to us, these will passed on without referral. We do urge that if you are buying ribbons, for whatever reason, that you buy more than you require, as when the time comes when they are not available to us, the printer, typewriter or wordprocessor will be rendered useless.

For items out of stock at time of order, we will only supply an alternative, if we are sure it will satisfy your requirement.

VAT - All prices shown on the web-site are exclusive of Value Added Tax. VAT will be added to orders at the rate applicable at the time of order. The Orders received without the appropriate vat charges will be amended accordingly.

Orders may not be accepted where mobile telephone numbers only are shown.

Please ensure you include your business or home telephone number and that it agrees with the address given and that the corresponding postcode is quoted on your order.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We can only cancel orders before the goods have been dispatched. 99% of orders are despatched within 24 hours.

Cancellations will be charged a minimum of £1.50 or 3% whichever is the higher. This reflects Bank charges made both for processing and refunds.

If items have been specially ordered, there will be handling and restocking charges

Except as is permitted by applicable law, you may not cancel an order which inky.co.uk has accepted without the agreement of inky.co.uk in writing.
