Minimum charge for postage is £2.99. On a majority of small items such as ink cartridges and ribbons you will find that you can put in an order for large quantities without any increase in postage charges. Ink cartridges, for instance have a sell by date of about 12 months, enabling you to stock up instead of buying them one at a time. Some larger items e.g. Toners incur a surcharge for weight, if the Postage cost is in excess of £8, change your means of delivery to £8 Courier, as you may find that £8 is an, all in charge for any amount of goods to UK mainland.

Orders from offshore islands and Northern Ireland, under 2 kilos can be sent by by Royal Mail Post or Special Delivery (This applies to any address with a UK Postcode) - Larger items by courier will be quoted for.

International orders under 2 kilos can be sent by International Airmail and will be quoted for. We do not usually process larger international orders because delivery costs are too high, but we can look at these if you email your requirements.

If the Post Office or Courier attempts a delivery, and no-one is available to sign for the parcel, a card is left. On receipt of this you need to contact the Courier depot or Post Office as soon as possible, or the item will be returned to us, and the re-delivery will have to be recharged in full.

POST CODES

Please ensure that the Post Code is correct for your delivery, as a collection and redelivery to the right Post Code is charged at double the original carriage charge by the Courier, and will have to be passed on.
